Welcome to 2014 Silver Spring Community Health Fair! Silver Spring Community Health Fair brings together local communities, health and wellness experts and health care organizations to promote the physical and mental well-being of our communities.

The conference will open with a keynote speech titled "Impossible Possibilities: from Lung Transplant to Lincoln Center" and vocal performance by Charity Sunshine Tillemann-Dick, an American-born soprano and a survival of two double lung transplants. Afterwards, you're invited to join mini workshops on variety of topics ranging from Pregnancy and Newborns to Nutrition and Exercise.
